Inclusive Science
I commit to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in science. A foundation of my commitment to DEI is my role as a core member of the Gender & Science Group of AIL, the Diversity & Inclusion Commission of SIBECOL and the Gender Equality Committee of CEAB-CSIC.
These groups work to visualize imbalances in sciences by organizing workshops, round-tables, and seminars about gender inequity that are addressed to both scientists and the general public. They also aim at bringing women research at the spotlight through different projects as well as developing new policies and practices that benefit people with less power to succeed in academia.
